【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthespecifictechnicalrailwayrequirementsforworkingwithmachinesandothervehiclesusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,trackformationandfixedelectrictractionequipmentasspecifiedinEN14033-1.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallrailboundmachinesandothervehicles-referredtoasmachines-workingexclusivelyontherailway(utilisingadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheels)andusedforconstruction,maintenanceandinspectionoftrack,structures,infrastructureandfixedelectrictractionequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesthatareintendedtooperatesignallingandcontrolsystems.OthersimilarmachinesaredealtwithinotherEuropeanStandards,seeAnnexM.Additionalrequirementscanapplyforworkingoninfrastructureswithnarrowgaugeorbroadgaugelines,linesoftramways,railwaysutilisingotherthanadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheelsandundergroundinfrastructures.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableto1435mmnominaltrackgauge.Somerequirementsmaybeapplicableforworkingoninfrastructureswithnominalnarrowtrackgaugeornominalbroadtrackgaugelines,linesoftramways,railwaysutilisingotherthanadhesionbetweentherailandrailwheelsandundergroundinfrastructures.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthesafetyrequirementsfortherailwayspecificproblemsforworkingondifferentinfrastructures.Theapplicationoftheserequirementsistheobjectofaverificationprocedure,whichdoesnotformpartofthisEuropeanStandard,butanAnnexJisincludedforinformation.Inallcasesanauthorisationtoworkisrequiredtoaccesstheinfrastructure.ThisEuropeanStandardisalsoapplicableformachinesthatinworkingpositionarepartlysupportedontheballastortheformation.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto?therequirementswithregardtothequalityofwork,includingtherelatedmeasuringmethods,andtheperformanceofthemachine;1)?thespecificrequirementsestablishedbyeachrailwayinfrastructuremanagerfortheuseofmachineswhichwillbethesubjectofnegotiationbetweenthemanufacturerandtheinfrastructuremanager.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththefollowingadditionalrequirements:?workingmethods;?operationinsevereworkingconditionsrequiringspecialmeasures(e.g.workintunnelsorincuttings,extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchasfreezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields);?operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);?hazardsduetoerrorsinsoftware;?hazardsoccurringwhenusedtohandlesuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely;?hazardsduetowindpressuregreaterthannormale.g.pressurescausedbythepassingoftrainsatspeedinexcessof190km/h.
