【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesrequirementsforrecordsprotectionequipmentandfacilitiesandrecords-handlingtechniquesthatprovideprotectionfromthehazardsoffire.Thisstandarddoesnotconsiderforcibleentry.Thisstandardcoversthefollowingfourcategoriesofrecordsstorageenvironmentsandcorrespondinglevelsofrisktolerance:(1)Recordsvaults,whichprovidethehighestlevelofprotection(2)Filerooms,whichprovideanintermediatelevelofprotectionforactiveandsemiactiverecords(3)Archivalstorage,whichprovidesahighlevelofprotectionforpermanentlyvaluablerecords(4)Recordscenters,whichprovideanintermediatelevelofprotectionfortemporaryrecordsThisstandarddoesnotcoverthestorageandhandlingofcellulosenitratefilmrecords.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthestorageandhandlingofusefulrecords.
