【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoeliminatethehazardsorreducetherisksinthefollowinggroupsofturningmachinesandturningcentres,whicharedesignedprimarilytoshapemetalbycutting.-Group1:Manuallycontrolledturningmachineswithoutnumericalcontrol.-Group2:Manuallycontrolledturningmachineswithlimitednumericallycontrolledcapability.-Group3:Numericallycontrolledturningmachinesandturningcentres.-Group4:Single-ormulti-spindleautomaticturningmachines.NOTE1Fordetailedinformationonthemachinegroups,seethedefinitionsin3.4andmandatoryandoptionalmodesofoperationin3.5.NOTE2RequirementsinthisInternationalStandardare,ingeneral,applicabletoallgroupsofturningmachines.Ifrequirementsareapplicabletosomespecialgroup(s)ofturningmachinesonly,thenthespecialgroup(s)ofturningmachine(s)is/arespecified.NOTE3Hazardsarisingfromothermetalworkingprocesses(e.g.grindingandlaserprocessing)arecoveredbyotherInternationalStandards(seeBibliography).ThisInternationalStandardcoversthesignificanthazardslistedinClause4andappliestoancillarydevices(e.g.forworkpieces,toolsandworkclampingdevices,handlingdevicesandchiphandlingequipment),whichareintegraltothemachine.ThisInternationalStandardalsoappliestomachineswhichareintegratedintoanautomaticproductionlineorturningcellinasmuchasthehazardsandrisksarisingarecomparabletothoseofmachinesworkingseparately.ThisInternationalStandardalsoincludesaminimumlistofsafety-relevantinformationwhichthemanufacturerhastoprovidetotheuser.SeealsoISO12100-1:2003,Figure1,whichillustratestheinteractionofmanufacturer'sanduser'sresponsibilityfortheoperationalsafety.Theuser'sresponsibilitytoidentifyspecifichazards(e.g.fireandexplosion)andreducetheassociatedriskscanbecritical(e.g.whetherthecentralextractionsystemisworkingcorrectly).Whereadditionalprocesses(e.g.milling,grinding,etc.)areinvolved,thisInternationalStandardcanbetakenasabasisforsafetyrequirements;forspecificinformationseetheBibliography.ThisInternationalStandardappliestomachinesthataremanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisInternationalStandard.
